Prior to starting the company, River worked in logistics as a regional manager at Cirror, where he led a 3PL warehouse operation and gained deep experience in managing time-critical services. He graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Sociology, which shapes the people-first approach he brings to both his team and customers.
River is driven by a mission to raise the standard of customer service in the towing and roadside assistance industry, focusing on transparent pricing, professional quality, and a less stressful experience during breakdowns and emergencies. He believes every call is an opportunity to improve how customers feel about towing, and he continuously looks for ways to make the process smoother, safer, and more efficient.
Outside of work, River is an avid reader, often spending his downtime with a book in hand, which reflects his commitment to continual learning and improvement. That curiosity and discipline carries over into the business, where he leads the team to stay on top of industry best practices to keep service quality improving tow after tow.
